πŸ“£πŸ“£Plan to be FULLY present.Β  Do not plan to hang out with family and friends in the evenings as you’ll be immersed together with us for the full 2.5 days.

πŸ—“ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival: Plan to arrive on Monday, October 30th, at 3:00 p.m. We’ll be ready to welcome you with open arms.

Departure:Β  The retreat will conclude on Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m., leaving you plenty of time to reflect on your journey.

πŸ—’WHAT TO BRING

πŸ‚πŸDress comfortably.Β  It’s a very fall New Jersey (with great weather), where you might need a light jacket, blazer, or scarf to layer up/down. Of course, if you’re a sweatsuit, leggings and/or yoga pants type of person, you’re good to go too.

And, keep in mind that shawls, scarves, and light jackets can go a long way during this time of year.

Follow the weather app for Westfield, NJ to keep an eye out ensuring you’re well-prepared for your body comfort.

Right now, we’re hovering around 70 degrees (as the high) and 45 degrees (at night as the low).

πŸ›BEDROOM ACCOMODATIONS:
The retreat venue boasts beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a unique and comfortable space to rest and rejuvenate (the reel for the inside of the house will be sent to you). Most rooms feature king-size beds, while a few have queen-size beds. We’ve assigned room choice by registration order.

We will be providing light breakfast, sit-down lunch and dinners on site.Β  Snacks will be available.Β  Based on your preferences, we will have a variety of items available and will try to accommodate most requests. Please complete THIS FORM to be sure that the food we serve will meet your needs

In the lead-up to the retreat, you’ll receive assessments to complete. These will help us tailor the experience to your unique journey. Keep an eye on your email.
